Citizens Alley to Come Alive in 2025!
Local Motives is stepping up as in the interim operator of Citizens Alley, a year-round public plaza set to open in downtown Minot in Summer 2025. This public plaza is being developed by Aksal Group and will include turf, splash fountains, public art, a winter ice rink, and areas for sports, markets, and live events.
